The online visit

The online visit is free. You are charged only if a clinician prescribes and you choose to proceed.

Cancelling your membership

You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancelling stops future billing. Because your plan is billed in advance for the period you selected, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Medication

For safety reasons, prescription medication that has shipped cannot be returned or refunded once it leaves the pharmacy, as required by law. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact care@retabydocs.com within 7 days and we will make it right.
