Shipping Policy

After you are prescribed

Once a clinician prescribes and your order is confirmed, your medication is dispensed by a licensed pharmacy and shipped to you. You will receive tracking by email.

Handling and delivery

Orders ship in plain, discreet packaging with cold-chain handling where the medication requires it. Shipping is free. Most orders arrive within a few business days of being dispensed.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States, to states where our clinicians are licensed and where the dispensing pharmacy can deliver. Your eligibility is confirmed during your visit.

Delays

Carrier or pharmacy delays can occur. If your tracking has not updated within 3 business days of dispatch, contact care@retabydocs.com.
