What we are, and are not

Reta by Docs is a technology platform that connects you with independent, licensed clinicians and licensed pharmacies. We do not practice medicine. Clinical decisions, including whether to prescribe, are made solely by the treating clinician.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and physically located in a state where our clinicians are licensed. You agree to provide accurate health information. Treatment is provided only when a clinician determines it is appropriate.

No guarantee of outcome

Individual results vary. Nothing on the Site is a promise of any specific health outcome, and nothing here is medical advice. Always read the safety information and follow your clinician's guidance.

Memberships and billing

Memberships bill on the cadence you select and renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account. The online visit is free; charges apply only if a clinician prescribes and you proceed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Legal Entity LLC] is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and the platform is provided "as is." This does not limit the professional responsibility of the treating clinician or pharmacy.
